Description

You will analyze customer requirements and processes, design the best way to solve them with DecisionRules, and translate complex business processes into the tool. You’ll own requests end-to-end—from initial analysis and solution design through implementation and adoption—while coordinating customer projects and preparing POCs for sales. You will also train customer teams so they can use DecisionRules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and processes and propose how to solve them using DecisionRules

• Handle customer requests end-to-end (from initial analysis to solution design and rollout)

• Translate complex business processes into DecisionRules and configure them in the product

• For new product features: analyze needs and impact, and prepare specifications for Product/Development

• Support global customers as a long-term partner during solution evolution

• Coordinate customer projects from assignment to delivery of a working solution

• Collaborate with Sales by preparing POCs and presenting proposed solutions to potential customers

• Train customer teams and help them fully utilize DecisionRules

Requirements

• Technical or economic education

• 3+ years of experience in business/IT analysis

• Ability to decompose complex problems, understand connections, and design functional solutions

• Process-driven mindset and end-to-end requirement ownership

• Close interest in technologies and ability to understand product capabilities to propose solutions

• Strong self-organization; ability to manage small projects and multiple parallel requests

• Customer-oriented communication skills; ability to build trust and long-term relationships

• English proficiency for regular communication, presentations, and implementation support (C1+)
