Description

You will work on enterprise banking and data projects as a senior Business/IT Analyst or Solution Architect, translating business needs into technical assignments. The work focuses on deep analysis of banking processes, products, and related IT systems, designing solutions at the business–IT interface, and modeling data and processes. You will communicate with clients and collaborate with architects, developers, and data engineering teams on implementation projects including cloud and data platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and understand business needs
• Convert business needs into technical specifications
• Perform detailed analysis of banking processes, products, and related IT systems
• Design solutions bridging business and IT, often in data-oriented environments
• Work with data: structure, quality, and data flow across systems
• Perform data and process modeling (e.g., Enterprise Architect, PowerDesigner)
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and data engineers for implementation
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives for data platforms

Requirements

• Experience with business/IT analysis in banking
• Solid understanding of banking products, processes, and regulation (not only high-level knowledge)
• Ability to go deep in analysis and decompose complex problems into actionable requirements
• Ability to move between business and IT and switch between both perspectives
• Self-directed and proactive; ability to lead client discussions
• Fluent Czech and at least communicative English
