Description

You will support a global client in the product data and digital commerce space by working within a cross-functional team. The scope focuses on Data Capturing activities such as customer orders, data maintenance, customer communication, ticketing, and related administrative and commercial processes inside the client’s data platform. You will also document and archive orders and help build knowledge of GDSN data maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders for a defined customer portfolio within the GDSN data pool / retailer portal (atrify)

• Document and archive customer orders in the ticketing system

• Manage individual customer communication

• Ensure correct billing of services according to defined pricing

• Maintain customer master data in the CRM system

• Contribute to assigned projects and continuously build knowledge around GDSN data maintenance requirements

• Perform general administrative and commercial tasks

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with commercial background

• Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex topics

• Understanding of and interest in technical processes

• Ideally, prior experience in customer service or customer-oriented work

• Advanced written and spoken knowledge of German

• Advanced knowledge of English
