Description

You will implement, operate, and troubleshoot IT solutions for clients. The role includes capturing technical requirements, providing 1st and 2nd level support in the administrative IT backend, and installing, configuring, and administering server and applications from various vendors. You will document all requests, resolve complex incidents both on-prem and cloud-based, and help optimize service processes.

Responsibilities

• Capture technical requirements
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the administrative IT backend
• Install, configure, and administer servers and applications from various vendors
• Maintain reliable documentation of all requests
• Contribute to optimization of service processes
• Resolve complex incidents and requirements for on-prem and cloud-based environments
• Ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) with experience as a generalist
• Advanced proficiency in at least two areas: MS SQL, CommVault, Veeam, Citrix, Azure/M365, Intune
• Basic knowledge of Security and Routing/Switching
• First or several years of work experience in a comparable position
• Manufacturer certifications are desirable
• Reliability, independent work, proactive mindset, and teamwork
• Driver’s license class B (or 3) required for optional on-site assignments
• Good German skills (spoken and written); English desirable
