Description

Lead the IT function and create and execute the ICT strategy across the holding. Monitor technology trends, select suitable solutions, and oversee IT projects—especially the implementation of new systems such as ERP. Ensure information system and data security, manage ERP operations with vendors and integrators, and support holding companies with ICT project consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department and develop and implement ICT strategy
• Track new technologies and trends; choose solutions for holding companies
• Manage and supervise IT projects, especially new system rollouts
• Delegate tasks to team members and support their work
• Ensure security of information systems and data
• Administer the ERP system and coordinate with vendors and system integrators
• Procure HW, SW, and ICT services; manage licenses and internal ICT directives
• Consult ICT projects across holding companies and work with company leadership

Requirements

• Experience leading IT, IT projects, or a team (minimum 5 years)
• Experience implementing new systems, ideally ERP
• Education in IT or electronics (at least higher vocational)
• Own vision and ability to drive it to completion
• Independence, proactivity, and responsible approach
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand various operational areas and translate needs into IT solutions
• IT courses and certifications are an advantage
