Description

You will support users in resolving issues with logistics systems to ensure continuous operation of a warehouse logistics center, including SAP eWM, TMS, and YMS. You will manage and monitor tickets in Jira (status tracking, SLA adherence, and ongoing user communication), participate in system and warehouse automation testing, and help support warehouse IT infrastructure and devices. You will also handle IT incidents independently (with escalation when needed) and maintain/update technical documentation and user instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for logistics systems (SAP eWM, TMS, YMS)

• Record and manage requests in Jira; monitor statuses and SLA; communicate with users

• Participate in system testing and warehouse automation system testing

• Support IT infrastructure and warehouse devices

• Resolve IT incidents independently and escalate to external vendors

• Create and update technical documentation and user guides

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education (IT or logistics)

• Knowledge of SAP eWM / TMS / YMS

• Experience in an IT or logistics environment

• Knowledge of computer hardware and warehouse devices (mobile terminals, barcode printers, scales, voice terminals)

• English level at least B1

• Willingness to work in shifts
