Description

You will help design, optimize, and operate IT services and infrastructure with a strong focus on server, storage, and monitoring. The role includes managing IT support at a high service level, collaborating with technical specialists to ensure long-term infrastructure sustainability, and using modern cyber security products. You will also contribute ideas to internal and commercial ICT projects, including early responses when infrastructure is compromised.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT service and infrastructure strategy and optimization

• Provide and manage IT services with a high level of support

• Collaborate with technical specialists on support and long-term IT infrastructure sustainability

• Design, configure, and administer SW and HW servers and storage across multiple vendors

• Monitor and analyze the status of IT infrastructure

• Support internal and commercial ICT projects

• Identify opportunities to use modern cyber security technologies and products

• Contribute ideas to the development of new products and solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and virtualization technologies

• Ability to design and configure SW and HW servers and storage from different vendors

• Good orientation in Microsoft environments

• Ability to work independently and efficiently collaborate in a team

• Ability to share knowledge and experience with colleagues

• Ability to quickly navigate English technical documentation
