Description

Design, implement, and optimize IT-supported intralogistics processes with a focus on modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Take ownership of IT projects in logistics, including technical responsibility for warehouse logistics, material flow, and integration of logistics and automation systems. Build and implement interfaces to connect adjacent systems and ensure stable, efficient system integration.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and implement IT-supported intralogistics processes focused on WMS
• Continuously develop and optimize the system landscape for warehousing and intralogistics regarding efficiency, sustainability, and scalability
• Plan and execute IT projects independently in the logistics domain
• Provide technical responsibility in projects focused on warehouse logistics, material flow, and integration of logistics and automation systems
• Design and implement interfaces for connecting neighboring systems and ensure stable, efficient system integration

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, business engineering, computer science, or related discipline
• Multiple years of experience in implementing or supporting WMS or logistics IT solutions
• Strong knowledge of analysis, conception, and optimization of intralogistics and warehouse processes plus system integration
• Experience with automated warehouse and material-flow systems and their IT technical connection
• Ideally: knowledge of common ERP/WMS solutions (e.g., SAP or comparable)
• Project management knowledge; ideally experience with agile working methods and process design
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
