Description

You will support warehouse users and help ensure smooth operations in a modern logistics center by handling first-level support for warehouse systems (WMS). The role includes troubleshooting RF terminals, label printers, and workstations; recording and managing incidents in ServiceNow; monitoring application functionality; and helping test new processes and system changes. You will also create work instructions and user documentation and support customer project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for WMS users
• Troubleshoot issues with RF terminals, printers, and workstations
• Record and manage incidents in ServiceNow
• Coordinate with IT specialists and external vendors for complex cases
• Monitor application functionality and support warehouse operations
• Test new processes and system adjustments
• Create work instructions and user documentation
• Support implementation of customer projects

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, Application Support, or a Key User role
• Basic orientation in warehouse processes or logistics
• Experience with WMS or similar enterprise systems
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Experience with a ticketing system
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Czech at native-speaker level
• Communicative English
