Description

Lead the design and development of modern AI solutions built with Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. You will define system architecture, support requirements analysis, collaborate with technical teams for end-to-end delivery, and provide mentoring, documentation, and best-practice guidance. You will also present solutions and participate in technical consultations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based AI solutions
• Create system architecture using Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design for client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end projects
• Produce technical documentation and recommend best practices
• Mentor and provide expert support to team members
• Present solutions and support technical consultations with clients

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field)
• Minimum 6 years of commercial Software Engineering experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or expert role
• Excellent Python knowledge and software engineering best practices
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions
• Knowledge of scalable and secure system design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of distributed systems and integration architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD processes and cloud environments
• Practical English proficiency (B2/C1) for confident written and verbal communication
