Description

You will design, develop, and maintain AI solutions based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with a strong production engineering mindset. The project delivers scalable systems that automate business processes and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into existing enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions

• Create and evolve workflows using LLMs and multi-agent architectures

• Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and platforms

• Design and develop APIs and backend services supporting AI capabilities

• Build high-quality solutions with testing, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define AI platform architecture and roadmap

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software engineering experience

• Very strong Python skills

• Experience building production systems and backend services

• Practical experience with GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI

• Experience with API-based system integration and distributed architectures

• Knowledge of system performance, reliability, security, and observability

• Experience with cloud services and modern software engineering practices

• Practical English proficiency (B2/C1) for daily communication with clients and English-speaking stakeholders
