Description

Tech Lead position for an early-stage technology project where you will meaningfully influence the architecture and how the team works. You will design and build AI- and automation-based solutions, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders on the client side.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions based on AI, Data, and business process automation
• Define the technical architecture of the newly created solution
• Select appropriate technologies and frameworks
• Actively contribute to the development/product strategy
• Provide technical leadership for the development team
• Support team building (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring)
• Collaborate with the US client and participate in project meetings
• Identify areas where AI and automation can improve tax, reporting, and operational processes
• Maintain code quality, engineering standards, and best practices for teamwork
• Support the team in solving complex technical problems
• Translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions

Requirements

• Experience in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar technical leadership role
• Very good knowledge of at least several tech stacks—especially .NET and Python
• Advanced AI knowledge, including practical experience building or deploying AI solutions
• Experience with Data, AI Automation, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or LLM solutions
• Ability to design scalable and flexible technology solutions
• Experience working with business and technical clients
• Very good English communication (at least B2+/C1)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Independence, proactivity, and readiness to work in a project that is still being created
• Experience building a team, mentoring, and supporting others’ growth
