Description

You will design and develop modern solutions based on Python and AI technologies, create system architecture for Generative AI and Agentic AI, and help teams deliver end-to-end projects. The role also includes requirements analysis, technical documentation, mentoring, and client-facing solution presentations and technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern Python- and AI-based solutions
• Create architecture for systems using Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design for clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end projects
• Produce technical documentation and recommend best practices
• Mentor and provide subject-matter support to team members
• Take part in solution presentations and technical consultations with clients

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related)
• Minimum 6 years of commercial Software Engineering experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or expert position
• Very strong Python knowledge and software engineering best practices
• Experience with GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions
• Knowledge of scalable and secure system design
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of distributed systems and integration architecture patterns
• Experience with CI/CD processes and cloud environments
• English proficiency at B2/C1 for fluent daily communication (written and spoken)
