Description

You will design the architecture for AI solutions and define how they integrate with business and organizational systems. You will set the technical direction for AI initiatives, coordinate development teams, and ensure security, scalability, observability, and compliance with corporate architecture. The role is hands-on, including development support, code reviews, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solution architecture and integration approach with business systems

• Define integration standards between the AI platform and organizational systems

• Create architectural concepts and feasibility analyses for AI initiatives

• Set development direction for AI solutions while ensuring compliance with corporate architecture

• Coordinate developer teams and review technical solutions

• Oversee security, scalability, observability, and compliance of AI solutions

• Provide hands-on development and support teams during development, deployments, and stabilization

• Lead code reviews, technical mentoring, and contribute to AI standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years designing AI and cloud solution architectures

• Practical experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Azure Machine Learning (or equivalent solutions)

• Strong Python skills

• Experience designing scalable and secure distributed architectures

• Experience delivering APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous integration

• Cloud experience with infrastructure automation and FinOps / LLMOps

• Ability to conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture workshops

• Ability to co-create technology roadmaps and assess risks

• English level: at least B2
