Description

Lead the technical development of an enterprise AI platform that enables teams to build and adopt Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG solutions, and AI-assisted software engineering at scale. You will define and evolve the platform’s architecture, security, governance, and operational standards, guiding initiatives from PoC to production. You’ll collaborate across Product Owners, Architects, Cloud, Security, Governance, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of an enterprise AI platform
• Define and evolve architecture, technology, security, and operational standards
• Design and implement solutions based on GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
• Lead architecture reviews and drive technical alignment across teams
• Mentor platform engineers and establish engineering practices
• Build DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps capabilities
• Enable adoption of AI across software engineering and platform services
