Description

You will design, develop, and maintain production solutions based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG. The role focuses on scalable systems that support business process automation and integrate LLM capabilities with existing enterprise platforms. You will also ensure solution quality through testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions

• Create and evolve LLM- and multi-agent-based workflows

• Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and platforms

• Design and build APIs and backend services supporting AI solutions

• Build high-quality solutions with testing, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with technical teams to define AI platform architecture and product direction

• Provide technical guidance and mentor other engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Software Engineering experience

• Very strong Python knowledge

• Experience designing and building production systems and backend services

• Practical experience with GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI

• Experience integrating systems via APIs and working with distributed architectures

• Knowledge of performance, reliability, security, and observability

• Experience with cloud services and modern software engineering practices

• English proficiency at least B2/C1 for effective daily written and spoken communication
