Description

Lead the development of a central AI Platform supporting AI/ML/GenAI solutions in a large, regulated organization. Drive architecture and technology standards across LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI, and ensure production-grade implementation at scale. Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams while mentoring engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for the AI Platform development

• Design and develop GenAI/LLM/RAG/Agentic AI solutions

• Define architectural and technology standards

• Lead architecture reviews

• Develop DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices

• Support engineers and provide mentoring

• Coordinate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams

• Support transformation from PoC to production environments

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience

• 3+ years as Tech Lead / Architect

• Experience building AI/GenAI platforms for large organizations

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and AKS

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management

• Expert knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• Practical experience with LLM, RAG, and GenAI

• Ability to define standards for architecture, DevOps, MLOps, security, and observability

• Experience mentoring and leading technical/architectural alignment

• English communication at minimum B2
