Description

You will administer and support Microsoft Windows and server landscapes while also managing Apple macOS systems and maintaining network infrastructure. The role includes Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user administration, monitoring security and availability, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and handling updates, backups, and documentation. You will also be involved in developing and implementing AI applications, with training opportunities in Microsoft, networks, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows systems and server environments
• Manage and support Apple macOS systems
• Plan, set up, and optimize network structures
• Monitor IT security and system availability
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user management
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software incidents
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI applications
• Support database development and database programming
• Conduct system updates, backups, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal specialist departments on IT projects
• Optimize existing IT processes and infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or equivalent qualification
• Experience administering Microsoft systems
• Knowledge of Apple macOS
• Experience in network administration and network configuration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and server administration
• Basic database knowledge (SQL or database programming) is an advantage
• Interest in AI applications and digital technologies
• German skills for documenting IT processes and communicating with internal stakeholders
