Description

You will analyze, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s application landscape with a focus on scalability and security. You will ensure optimal software integration through efficient interface concepts and troubleshoot integration issues. You will also help shape IT projects for system architecture improvements and support data-management and BI use cases for business steering and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and further develop the application landscape with focus on scalability and security

• Ensure optimal software integration; implement interface concepts; identify, analyze, and resolve incidents

• Initiate and actively contribute to IT projects for advancing system architecture (new applications, updates)

• Design and establish a modern data-management concept for AI readiness

• Develop data-driven decision models and support BI use cases for corporate management

• Support end users with application questions and further digitalization/automation of processes

• Conduct trainings for users and colleagues on integrated systems

• Create and continuously update technical documentation, especially for interfaces and integration processes

• Coordinate and manage IT vendors and solution partners

Requirements

• Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification

• Experience integrating enterprise software (cloud & on-prem)

• Knowledge of relevant interface technologies and API design

• Practical experience in IT project management

• Applied knowledge of common programming languages

• Analytical thinking; solution-oriented and structured working style

• Teamwork and strong communication skills

• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
