Description

Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and digital workplace services, including Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management with Microsoft Intune. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud services and support troubleshooting with escalation to 3rd level/manufacturer support. Implement cloud security and compliance best practices and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure
• Manage Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management using Microsoft Intune
• Coordinate communication and deployment of external service providers and assist with issue resolution (3rd level/manufacturer support)
• Ensure cloud service availability, performance, and security
• Support teams with troubleshooting and technical problem resolution
• Implement cloud security and compliance best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics/Economics, or comparable qualification
• Multi-year experience as an IT administrator or system engineer
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and administering Azure resources and services (Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, Azure Storage)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Azure certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of requirements for the digital workplace of the future
• Strong affinity for IT cloud processes and digital transformation
