Description

You’ll support customers in an information system for spas and rehabilitation, solve questions, and help find practical solutions. The role includes onboarding new customers through implementation and training users by creating manuals and procedures. You will work as a bridge between IT and professionals from real practice, with daily variety.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support by phone, email, and in person

• Handle customer questions and identify best-fit solutions

• Implement the system for new customers

• Train users by creating manuals, procedures, and methodology

• Support modules: accommodation, health, rehabilitation, inventory and restaurant systems, including linkages to accounting systems

Requirements

• Enjoy communicating and working with people

• Interest in information technologies

• Ability to organize your work independently

• Willingness to learn new topics

• Active driving license (class B)

• Higher professional education or university degree in technical, exact-focused, educational/pedagogical, economic, or related fields

• Prior experience is an advantage, but not required; you will be trained
