Description

You will develop, implement, and train temporary work tools and support the rollout of new systems and software (e.g., CRM). The role involves optimizing, developing, and automating service processes in close collaboration with a Super Key-User. You will also support and train ERP users and analyze, document, and resolve IT-specific problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and train temporary work tools and support the introduction of new systems (e.g., CRM)
• Optimize, develop, and automate service processes (e.g., CRM) with the Super Key-User
• Provide support and training for ERP users in-country and abroad
• Analyze, document, and solve IT-specific issues

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Computer Science/technical processes or equivalent focus
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics
• IT knowledge (e.g., key-user experience); technical affinity preferred
• Good German and English skills; additional languages a plus
• Flexibility, self-initiative, and willingness to travel
