Description

You will gather, analyze, and structure business needs for subsequent project releases, translating stakeholder expectations into functional and non-functional requirements. The role includes decomposing requirements into use cases, user stories, and test scenarios, as well as modeling business processes and data. You will also support integration/API and architecture solution concepts, verify requirement consistency, and help address regulatory and personal data protection needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and structure business requirements for upcoming project releases

• Create functional and non-functional requirements based on business needs and stakeholder expectations

• Decompose requirements into use cases, user stories, and scenarios for development teams

• Design and model business processes and data flows

• Prepare data models and design integration and API solutions

• Analyze legal regulations and extract project requirements from compliance obligations

• Create use cases supported by UML diagrams

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases; participate in acceptance testing

• Verify consistency of requirements and alignment with the chosen architectural concept

• Collaborate with system analysts, architects, developers, and UX/UI teams

• Support project teams in defining requirements for specific systems

• Co-participate in managing the architecture roadmap

• Prepare feasibility studies

• Ensure personal data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT analysis experience (business and systems analysis)

• Practical knowledge of SQL and database technologies (relational and non-relational)

• Knowledge of integration design and API concepts

• Data modeling skills

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect or a comparable tool for architecture modeling/specification

• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Ability to write requirements specifications and decompose them into use cases and user stories

• Ability to create test scenarios and test cases

• Knowledge of BPMN and experience modeling business processes

• Knowledge of UML

• Analytical mindset to translate business needs into IT solutions

• Communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
