Description

The Expert IT Analyst will support a Core Banking program replacing outdated local legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking platform. The role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements and ensuring effective communication with developers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Independently manage the requirements lifecycle from collection to handover
• Navigate a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Quickly understand the complex operational environment and onboard effectively

Requirements

• Experience with T24 / Transact
• Fluency in English
• Experience in the banking sector
• Professional knowledge of banking products
• 10+ years of experience as a senior Business or IT analyst
• Experience in larger programs (~300+ employees)
