Description

You will support and operate customer IT environments, including networks, clients, communications, and Microsoft 365. The role includes security rollouts (with Ninja), securing Microsoft 365 environments, and providing first- and second-level support through a managed-service dashboard. You will also work with virtualization and security tooling and advance your own projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate the data center and manage customer servers accessed via VPN
• Conduct security rollouts using Ninja and secure Microsoft 365 environments
• Work with Hyper-V or VMware and firewalls such as Fortinet, Securepoint, or Sophos (optional: Citrix, Veeam)
• Provide first- and second-level support via the managed-service dashboard (no anonymous queues)
• Manage networks, clients, communications, and Microsoft 365 end-to-end; drive independent projects
• Perform on-site customer work (~20%), with the rest handled from the Oldenburg office

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience; able to handle projects independently
• Microsoft 365 as a core skill; cloud phone systems experience is a plus
• Enjoy direct customer contact and solution-oriented work
• Driver’s license class B for assignments in Oldenburg and surroundings
• Team spirit, open communication, and humor
• Fluent German in speech and writing
