Description

You will independently manage and improve critical company systems, IT infrastructure, security, and the digitalization of business processes. The role covers enterprise applications, Microsoft 365/Active Directory/SharePoint, networking and VPN, endpoint and network security, compliance (NIS2), and backup/disaster recovery. You will also drive integrations/automation (Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, AI tools), support users, and coordinate with external IT/ICT providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop enterprise systems: Pohoda CZ/SK, Pamica, Skyline, Cross, Revisio, Alveno, and the company intranet
• Manage IT infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, VPN solutions, network infrastructure, UniFi WiFi/network equipment, and remote server access
• Ensure IT security and compliance: Fortinet, endpoint security, NIS2, access rights management, backups and disaster recovery
• Administer building technology systems: Loxone, Symmetry Access Control, and camera systems
• Drive integrations and automation: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, AI process automation, and integrations between enterprise systems
• Communicate with IT/ICT service providers, resolve technical incidents, and support users

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and VPN technologies
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity
• Ability to independently manage IT projects
• Proactive approach with an ability to identify and propose improvements without explicit tasks
• Communicative Czech and English (B2+)
