Description

You will join a newly created IT team and take ownership of business analysis for processes, including requirement gathering, functional specifications, data and integration analysis, and continuous documentation updates. The role supports a major digital transformation with an upcoming ERP/CRM implementation (replacing SAP R/3), plus migration to M365 and introduction of a unified ticketing system. You will also contribute to process optimization, test planning/execution, and bug tracking.

Responsibilities

• Business and IT analysis
  • Map and analyze existing processes, systems, and user scenarios; build internal know-how
  • Collect and prioritize requirements; prepare business cases
  • Create functional specifications; perform data analysis and integration analysis
  • Maintain and update process and schema documentation
• Process optimization
  • Participate in automation of routine tasks
  • Identify and deliver quick wins to improve efficiency
• Testing and quality
  • Define test scenarios and prepare test data
  • Execute integration and user tests, evaluate results, and manage bug tracking

Requirements

• Proven practice in business/IT process and requirements analysis
• Experience with BPMN, UML, and case tools (e.g., draw.io)
• Ability to translate IT into business language; strong prioritization and negotiation
• Experience managing expectations and working under pressure
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset for process and cost optimization
• Advantage: experience from operationally demanding industries (construction, manufacturing, logistics, retail with branch networks)
