Description

Provide hands-on IT coordination for establishing and supporting offices and construction sites across Northern Sweden. You will coordinate local IT infrastructure and workplace services, deliver on-site end-user support, and handle escalated incidents as 2nd line support. The role follows established service management processes and requires close collaboration with the business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site setup and infrastructure for new offices and construction sites, including WAN/LAN connectivity, printers, workplace solutions, and telephony services

• Manage supplier contacts and coordinate installations/configurations

• Support lifecycle management of construction sites and office locations, including maintaining and updating site configuration information (CIs)

• Provide on-site IT support to business users according to service management processes

• Act as a super-user for designated services/components and coordinate local service deliveries

• Advise on workplace technology and IT service best practices

• Provide hands-on support for workplace/end-user services, network services, office solutions, telephony, and local IT infrastructure

• Serve as 2nd line support for incidents and service requests within assigned services; troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues

• Collaborate with specialist teams and service providers as needed

• Contribute to continuous improvements of support processes and service quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or technical operations

• Experience in IT support and service delivery environments

• Participation in similar assignments involving site setup or on-site IT coordination

• Ability to independently manage and drive assigned tasks and responsibilities

• Relevant education in IT or a related field

• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and workplace services

• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes

• Experience working with ServiceNow

• Good understanding of end-user support, networking, workplace services, and IT operations

• Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)

• Valid driver’s license and access to a private car

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Northern Sweden

• Ability to provide on-site support at construction sites and office locations
