Description

You will manage smaller IT projects and ensure smooth delivery of goals while working closely with engineering teams. Responsibilities include decomposing requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks, coordinating estimates, maintaining backlog priorities, monitoring progress and escalating scope/timeline risks, and reporting status to clients. You will also oversee project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitLab/GitHub), maintain internal documentation, and provide first-line technical/organizational support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and run smaller IT projects to ensure goals are met
  • Decompose requirements collaboratively with developers into epics, user stories, and tasks
  • Coordinate task estimation and enter estimates into the system
  • Manage the backlog: set priorities, keep tasks organized, verify outdated items
  • Monitor scope and risks; detect potential delays and escalate changes affecting budget or schedule
  • Communicate with clients via ongoing status and progress reporting
  • Run status meetings and demos; prepare notes and define concrete next execution steps
  • Prepare post-meeting summaries and ensure clear communication with both client and team
  • Oversee work-management tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitLab/GitHub): structure, statuses, and task/code architecture consistency
  • Verify time/resource tracking data and monitor team workload scheduling
  • Maintain internal communication channels and manage basic access permissions
  • Create and update concise internal “how we use the tool” documentation
  • Provide first-line technical/organizational support: diagnose issues reported by the team and route them to the right people

Requirements

  • Technical education (mandatory)
  • Experience coordinating projects/tasks/teams in IT
  • Basic knowledge of IT project delivery processes and Agile/Scrum
  • Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to independently identify issues, risks, and delays and escalate them
  • Strong communication skills with engineering teams and clients
  • Proactive, responsible, and delivery-oriented mindset
  • Very good English (speaking and writing) for communication and technical documentation
  • Practical daily experience using AI/LLM tools
