Description

Provide L2 IT support and resolve complex technical requests and incidents. You will manage and develop end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile phones) and related hardware/software, while supporting corporate applications and contributing to digitalization and process improvement. You will collaborate with IT colleagues across Austria and Germany and help train users and maintain clear IT documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L2 IT support and handle more complex incidents and requests

• Coordinate with IT colleagues in Austria and Germany on local and international projects

• Participate in digitalization and continuous improvement of company processes

• Administer and improve end-user devices (PC, laptops, mobile phones) including related hardware and software

• Monitor and ensure IT infrastructure stability, performance, and security

• Assist in the administration and support of company applications

• Identify improvement opportunities and propose more efficient IT solutions

• Train users to use available technologies effectively

• Create and maintain IT documentation

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, or systems administration

• Understanding of network infrastructure, server technologies, and standard IT operations

• Ability to independently analyze issues and find effective solutions

• Enjoy user communication and can explain technical topics clearly

• Proactive and responsible; able to take initiative

• Experience supporting applications such as Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE or CATIA is a plus

• Communicate in English or German at a conversational/professional level
