Description

You will ensure the installation, onboarding/training, and ongoing service of an information system for customers. The position is suitable for both graduates and experienced technicians, with individualized training. Daily work includes installation, training, and service activities.

Responsibilities

• Install the information system
• Provide customer training
• Perform ongoing system servicing

Requirements

• Secondary school (SŠ) education
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Knowledge of basic computer networking and hardware
• Ability to work with MS Office
• Driver’s license group B
• Ability to communicate with clients at a human level and patiently explain information
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve
