Description

Own and maintain end-to-end, target domain architecture consistency for the Business Client domain covering CRM, Financing, Alior Business, Digital Channels, integrations, data, and shared services. Build and maintain target architecture and technology standards, drive 3-year roadmaps, manage product/platform dependencies, and identify/reduce technical debt. Prepare the domain for AI/GenAI/agentic banking using reference AI architecture, an AI services catalog, integration standards, and governance aligned with DORA and AI Act.

Responsibilities

• Ensure architectural consistency across the KB domain (CRM, Financing, Alior Business, Digital Channels).
• Manage one application’s evolution toward the target architecture, including technology roadmaps and standards supporting the Business Client ecosystem.
• Build and maintain Target Architecture for the KB domain: CRM, Financing, Alior Business, digital channels, integrations, data, and shared services.
• Create 3-year technology roadmaps; manage dependencies between products and platforms; identify and reduce technical debt in the KB domain.
• Define architectural standards for microservices, APIs, integration, data, Azure cloud, Event Driven Architecture, and Domain Driven Design; support architectural decisions in KB initiatives.
• Prepare the KB domain for AI, GenAI, and Agentic Banking, including reference AI architecture, an AI services catalog, agent integration standards, and governance compliant with DORA and AI Act.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Data, Integration, and AI Architects and support Tribe Leaders in technology, investment, and architectural decisions for the entire Business Client domain.
