Description

Help shape end-to-end enterprise architecture by translating business outcomes into clear solution requirements, use cases, and delivery roadmaps. Partner with enterprise customers to lead pre-sales RFP/proposal activities, perform architecture reviews/audits, and guide solution design across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Oversee implementation from requirements through go-live, provide technical support to engineering teams, and build scalable, high-quality solutions with AI Native teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and key use cases

• Participate in Enterprise Governance processes (e.g., ARB) with large-scale enterprises

• Support pre-sales: RFP processing, proposal development, and early client communication

• Lead client guidance on architectural, technical, and organizational challenges

• Analyze existing applications and IT services; create roadmaps for migration, transformation, and automation

• Determine financial implications of decision options

• Design prototypes and proof of concepts; produce detailed architecture documents

• Define unified architecture governance strategy across automation, security, implementation, and operations

• Advise on cloud/hybrid/on-premises design and cost-control best practices

• Conduct architecture reviews/audits and produce reports

• Run onsite client meetings, workshops, and governance events (often involves travel)

• Oversee solution implementation from project requirements to go-live

• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecture of large software systems

• Ability to define business outcomes and link KPIs/OKRs to epics/features

• Competence in current-state vs target-state architecture and multi-quarter transition roadmaps for incremental delivery

• Practical knowledge of software architecture patterns, solution architecture design methods, integration, and development practices

• Experience across the full software development life cycle with methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and RUP

• Proficiency designing deployment and automation: CI/CD, security automation (SAST/DAST), and IT operations automation (AIOps)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Technologist mindset with ability to deep-dive new technology quickly and share knowledge

• Proactive leadership and strong communication with business-friendly technical presentations

• Collaboration experience with both technical and business stakeholders

• Proven experience as a technical advisor guiding clients on what to do and what to avoid

• Ability to absorb and reuse business domain knowledge across popular business domains

• English fluency

• Solid development experience with Java or .NET or Python (full stack is a plus)

• Experience with libraries/frameworks/patterns within specific technology stacks

• Hands-on development of web, mobile, and/or desktop solutions

• Cloud technology expertise and migration strategies; cloud-native experience with Azure/AWS/GCP

• Microservice architecture patterns, APIs/integration, and containerization are a plus

• Hands-on GenAI solution design and development is an advantage; learning GenAI is required

• Production experience in one or more domains: Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, or Healthcare

• Understanding of Digital/IT transformation concepts

• Knowledge of Business Architecture concepts and BizBoK/TOGAF best practices
