Business Continuity Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Business Continuity AnalystResponsibilities:Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios and link applicable scenarios to relevant Critical or Important Functions (CIFs)Support the creation and development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning framework and templates in line with internal guidelines, existing practices and stakeholder inputPlan, coordinate and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and complete ICT Business Continuity PlansCollect, structure and consolidate input from different teams and stakeholdersTrack actions and decisions resulting from workshops and project meetingsCoordinate follow-up activities and provide timely updates to the Delivery Lead for project reportingCollaborate with the DORA programme to ensure alignment regarding the scope and content of ICT BCPs for relevant CIFsPrepare project documentation, presentations, procedures and other supporting materialsSupport continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience processes Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, including development of BCP frameworks, processes or documentationGood understanding of DORA and relevant financial services regulations related to ICT Business ContinuityUnderstanding of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management processesHands-on experience in preparing project documentation, presentations and delivery materialsAbility to gather and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders and translate it into structured processes, procedures, policies or frameworksExperience working across different teams and coordinating stakeholder activitiesStrong communication, facilitation and organizational skillsStructured and analytical approach to documentation and process developmentFluent English, both written and spoken Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
