Description

You will join a long-term project to help develop ICT Business Continuity Plans. The work includes defining ICT disruption scenarios, creating BCP frameworks and templates, and producing structured project and continuity documentation. You will also plan workshops, track action items, and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios
  • Contribute to the development of the ICT BCP framework and templates
  • Analyze and prepare structured project and continuity documentation
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
  • Track open actions and coordinate follow-up activities
  • Prepare project materials, presentations, procedures, and documentation
  • Support project reporting and provide timely progress updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with complex, structured documentation
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, or regulatory projects
  • Experience preparing project documentation, procedures, policies, frameworks, and presentations
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and cooperate with different stakeholders
  • Proactive and independent approach with strong ownership
  • Ability to identify gaps and drive topics forward without detailed instructions
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
