Description

Support a financial services organization in strengthening operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks across technology and business functions. Lead assessments, stakeholder workshops, and improvement initiatives related to regulatory requirements, business continuity, IT resilience, and governance processes with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and gap analysis related to regulatory requirements, including DORA
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Drive improvement initiatives and remediation activities
• Support governance processes related to business continuity, crisis management, and IT resilience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, IT Compliance, Operational Resilience, or a related area within the financial sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DORA; experience assessing compliance, identifying gaps, and driving remediation
• Knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity practices
• Ability to independently facilitate workshops, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior management
• Solid IT background combined with analytical skills and experience working in regulated environments
