Description

You will support the development, governance, testing, and maintenance of ICT Business Continuity Plans (ICT BCPs). The work ensures compliance with DORA requirements and internal resilience standards while coordinating activities with business and technology stakeholders. You will also help establish long-term ICT resilience frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of BCP documentation

• Develop and enhance ICT BCP frameworks, templates, and standards

• Create ICT BCP testing methodologies aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements

• Align ICT BCP scope, content, and priorities with program stakeholders

• Continuously assess workload, delivery plans, and resource needs

• Identify and escalate risks and potential delivery delays

• Coordinate and manage the approval process for ICT BCPs

• Support development and maintenance of governance documentation

• Ensure lifecycle management of ICT Business Continuity documentation

• Facilitate communication between technology, risk, operational resilience, and business teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Business Continuity Management frameworks, methodologies, or documentation

• Good understanding of DORA regulations and ICT resilience requirements in the financial sector

• Experience producing project documentation, reports, presentations, and governance materials

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to develop and document processes, procedures, policies, and frameworks

• Experience in cross-functional and international environments

• Analytical mindset to align perspectives from multiple stakeholders

• English proficiency for effective collaboration with international teams
