Description

You will own the product direction for several digital applications and run the full process from idea to release. The role goes beyond backlog management: you will clarify real user needs, prioritize by value/impact/effort, design user flows and UX, create wireframes or interactive prototypes (Figma or Claude Design), and prepare clear specifications for development. You will collaborate directly with business and developers, validate implementations before release, and iterate using feedback.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business, clients/partners, and internal teams

• Distinguish between what users want and what they truly need

• Prioritize roadmap items using business value, impact, and complexity

• Maintain and prioritize the backlog for multiple applications

• Define how new features should work, including end-to-end user flows and UX

• Create wireframes and designs in Figma or build interactive prototypes using Claude Design

• Make product and UX/UI decisions when multiple options exist

• Prepare clear development assignments/specifications

• Collaborate with developers during implementation

• Review resulting implementation before release

• Collect feedback and iterate the product accordingly

Requirements

• Experience with digital product development as a Product Lead/Product Owner/PM

• Strong UX/UI and product thinking; ability to design interfaces in Figma and validate via interactive prototypes

• Ability to create user flows and split large problems into feasible scope

• Understanding of modern web applications

• Ability to prioritize using business value and impact

• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and developers

• Autonomy and confidence in making product decisions
