Description

You will lead product strategy and roadmap for software products, connecting customers, business, delivery, and development into a single working product.

Your work will include collecting and evaluating requirements from external and internal stakeholders, prioritizing backlog by business value, costs, and company direction, and translating business needs into clear development inputs. You will also track outcomes of product initiatives and help build a data-driven product culture with long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap

• Gather and assess requirements from customers, partners, sales, and internal teams

• Prioritize backlog based on business value, costs, and strategic direction

• Partner with Head of Engineering on planning and delivery

• Improve how the development team works effectively

• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) as needed

• Facilitate product and development ceremonies (planning, review, etc.)

• Convert business needs into understandable requirements for engineering

• Monitor product initiative results and evaluate their impact

• Support a data-driven, customer-value, and sustainable product culture

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management in a technology or software company

• Ability to work across customers, management, and developers

• Ability to manage the product backlog and set priorities

• Understanding of modern software development and the product lifecycle

• Practical experience with agile methodologies and implementing them in practice

• Ability to lead stakeholder discussions and drive decisions to completion

• Not process-focused; focused on achieving results
