Description

You will work as an independent product partner who can structure complex products, connect the customer perspective with technology, and drive topics through to completion. The role combines product management, business analysis, and support for product implementation processes, including verification of readiness for deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio and roadmap management: manage the product portfolio, create and update roadmaps, account for dependencies, funding, and resources, and communicate scope and timeline changes

  • Business analysis: run workshops, map end-to-end processes, prepare concepts, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and translate legal regulations and office needs into system behavior

  • Product verification: participate in reviews and independently verify processes, permissions, integrations, and data; assess readiness for deployment and ongoing maintenance

  • Clients and implementations: lead customer conversations to clarify needs, define scope, and support implementations, tests, configuration, training, and acceptance; prepare subject-matter scope for estimates with the sales team

  • Integrations and technology: understand APIs, data, permissions, and process flows; assess how architecture impacts product cost and marketability; collaborate on security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance

  • Documentation and product knowledge: keep documentation up to date; capture requirements, assumptions, and decisions; organize product and technical materials

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Product Manager / Product Lead, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or implementation consultant involved from need recognition through launch and maintenance

  • Ability to map end-to-end processes and define requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Experience working directly with business customers and technical teams

  • Practical use of AI tools in product or analytical work with awareness of limitations

  • Independence of judgment and ability to defend recommendations using arguments and data

  • Ability to transfer knowledge and collaborate effectively

  • Very good communication in Polish (verbal and written) and ability to work under time pressure
