Description

You will design digital products from the first concepts through the final details, shaping the visual direction and overall quality. The work includes web, app, and product interface design, typography, layouts, interactions, micro-animations, and visual systems, as well as creating and evolving complex design systems in Figma. You will collaborate closely with other designers, 3D artists, animators, AI asset creators, and developers to turn ideas into strong digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design digital products from early concepts to final details
• Set visual direction and raise overall project quality
• Create websites, applications, product interfaces, and digital campaigns
• Work with typography, layout, interactions, micro-animations, and visual systems
• Build and maintain complex design systems in Figma
• Collaborate with designers, 3D graphics, animators, AI asset creators, and the development team
• Develop visual metaphors, strong concepts, and ideas that define the project
• Contribute to products used worldwide

Requirements

• Strong visual sense for contemporary digital design and craftsmanship
• Understanding of UX and product thinking; great design must both look good and work well
• Ability to take responsibility for a project’s visual quality
• Strong interest in detail, typography, interactions, and micro-animations
• Ability to think in systems, design systems, and scalable solutions
• Ability to create memorable digital moments through good design
• Advanced Figma skills; capability to handle complex design systems
• Ability to operate independently and also work effectively in a team
• Ability to accept feedback as a natural part of the process
