As a Product Owner, you’ll be at the intersection of business, technology and customer needs. You’ll shape what we build, why we build it and what success looks like — from defining requirements and user stories to managing the roadmap, working with engineering and launching new features.

We’re looking for someone who thinks in products, understands technology and gets things done. You’re comfortable navigating an Agile environment, turning complex requirements into clear solutions, and working with different teams and stakeholders to move products forward.

What you’ll do:

• Own the product roadmap, priorities and backlog from concept to launch and beyond.
• Turn business and customer needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create product briefs, process flows, wireframes and functional designs together with UX/design and engineering.
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, commercial teams, UX and other stakeholders to move ideas forward.
• Use customer insights and data to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions.
• Continuously refine priorities, milestones, deliverables, risks and opportunities in an Agile, iterative environment.
• Help shape customer-facing self-service experiences, support and monitoring.
• Track product performance after launch and use what you learn to improve the product and guide future investment.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and iterative development.
• Experience delivering data-driven, customer-focused digital products.
• A good balance of business and technical understanding, with the confidence to work closely with engineering teams.
• Experience with prototyping and functional design.
• Strong communication skills — you know how to bring people together, challenge ideas and create alignment.
• A proactive, organized and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI, crypto, blockchain, Web3 and gamification — and the ability to explore where they can create real value.
