Description

You will own product planning and execution from concept to launch, creating user stories, briefs, process flows, and wireframes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (analytics, design/UX, system engineering) as well as customers and commercial partners to refine priorities and deliver milestones. You will turn data insights into customer-focused outcomes and track product performance after launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation and end-to-end product launches
• Co-develop a roadmap with partners/customers and execute features from concept to launch
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver product outcomes
• Translate insights and customer needs into actionable product requirements (features, user stories, acceptance test criteria)
• Continuously refine business needs, priorities, milestones, deliverables, and identify risks/opportunities
• Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog for assigned products
• Lead product functional design based on deep understanding of users and technology
• Define self-service user experience, support, and monitoring
• Track and report product performance post-launch to guide future investment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Experience launching software or services with engineering teams
• Strong skills in prototyping and iterative development, with solid understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to balance technical knowledge and business needs
• Interest/knowledge in new technologies such as crypto, AI, blockchain, Web3, and gamification
