Description

Lead and develop the Compliance area, internal audit, and operational risk management. Plan and conduct internal audits, support external audits and accreditations, maintain written governance rules and policies (including SFO), and build and monitor an Operational-Risk-Management (OpRisk) system. Coordinate certification scheme requirements, ensure compliance with regulatory/normative/security requirements, and drive a holistic Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) approach.

Requirements

• Degree in business, law, IT security, auditing, risk management, or comparable qualification
• Experience in compliance, audit, certification, or risk management (ideally in an accredited or regulated organization)
• Basic knowledge of general IT security topics
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and/or ISO standards (e.g., ISO 17065, ISO 27001)
• Analytical skills, result orientation, structured way of working
• First leadership experience (building and leading high-performing teams)
• Strong communication skills and diplomatic approach with internal and external stakeholders
• Business-fluent German and good English (written and spoken)
