Description

Architect, build, and deliver robust, scalable planning solutions using SAP IBP (Response & Supply, Demand Planning, and S&OP) and SAP APO optimization. Lead S&OP process build and system enablement to connect demand signals with supply constraints and produce executable plans. Use AI/ML capabilities, including LLM-enhanced insights, to improve plan quality and reduce manual intervention.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize supply network models using SAP APO SNP Optimization and CTM techniques
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts, then translate them into production-grade operational solutions
• Implement AI/ML use cases such as statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and anomaly detection
• Lead projects to implement or improve SAP IBP/APO capabilities
• Perform system build, integration analysis, testing, and end-user training
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders across Demand, Supply, and S&OP teams

Requirements

• BS or Master’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools
• Direct experience with SAP IBP S&OP and SAP IBP Response & Supply (essential)
• Proven AI/ML experience applied to supply chain planning; knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, or data science (mandatory)
• Strong S&OP process knowledge to connect demand plans with supply capacity and deliver an executable consensus plan
• Experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning including statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and collaborative planning
• Experience with SAP APO SNP Optimization or CTM modeling for constrained supply challenges
• Ability to debug, support, and continuously improve SAP IBP and SAP APO applications

Benefits

• Base salary range: 144,000 USD – 230,000 USD (Level 4) and 168,000 USD – 270,250 USD (Level 5), based on location and experience
