Description

You will support SAP IBP planning initiatives by translating business requirements into complex planning processes across MTS and MTO scenarios. The role includes monitoring and delivering ERP–IBP interfaces, coordinating test preparation to ensure product stability, and advising SAP key users in international departments. You will also contribute to global M&A and SAP rollout projects within an international delivery setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation of business processes beyond ERP and contribute to the SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Support the full lifecycle: ideation, implementation, training, and ongoing support
• Apply agile and traditional project management tools for delivery and content realization
• Act as part of the technical SAP team: consult SAP key users and manage external IT partners
• In project work: capture, translate, and realize business requirements and act as the first point of contact
• Prepare and coordinate testing using appropriate tools to ensure product stability
• Contribute with domain-specific responsibility in global M&A and SAP rollout projects
• Work in a globally structured team with global delivery and content support

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, mathematics, or equivalent training
• Multiple years of relevant IT project experience in SAP production and logistics within manufacturing
• Understanding of end-product and component planning processes, including MRP and adjacent processes
• Knowledge of master data relevance for planning and MRP, including data structures and dependencies
• Experience modeling complex planning processes for MTS and MTO scenarios; delivering ERP–IBP interfaces
• Experience creating processes in Signavio and implementing them in IBP in coordination with the business
• First experience with integration of a planning system (e.g., SAP APO) is advantageous
• Willingness to travel; very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
