Description

This role develops advanced planning solutions using SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Optimization, and Fulfillment capabilities for complex strategic and tactical supply chain requirements. You will improve processes through data analysis and optimization modeling, build prototypes/POCs, and support testing for SAP IBP implementations and upgrades. The role also requires translating business needs into operational solutions and influencing leadership to adopt scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver robust, implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements in SAP IBP using order-series and time-series planning
• Demonstrate process improvement techniques to streamline business processes and architect solutions
• Lead projects implementing new or improved existing IBP functionality
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into operational solutions
• Apply industry best practices for data analysis and share insights across teams
• Build business and product scenarios to improve profitability and market share
• Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades; drive system design analysis, testing, and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver comprehensive supply chain planning solutions and influence senior leadership adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business
• 12+ years of relevant experience architecting, designing, and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning, SAP IBP optimization, and modeling for supply chain problems (semiconductor relevant experience preferred/expected)
• Good understanding of RTI and CI-DS interfaces with SAP IBP
• Ability to debug and support SAP IBP applications
• Self-motivated; able to work effectively independently and in a team

Benefits

• Base salary range: $168,000–$270,250 (based on location and experience)
