Description

Lead reporting and analytics for the Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) authorization ecosystem, ensuring accurate and timely insights to guide channel strategy and execution. Partner with commercial engineering, AI, operations, and program compliance to define evaluation factors and data frameworks, improve data quality, and drive reusable, self-service analytics. Use AI and automation to reduce manual workflows, accelerate insight generation, and influence senior stakeholders with clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of analyses and resolve analytical challenges; deliver actionable insights and recommend improvements to tools and reports
• Determine preferred evaluation factors/data types/frameworks, assess risks, synthesize evaluation outcomes, and recommend actions
• Own data expertise across data sources and types; address data gaps and quality issues; ensure governance and security (encryption, role restrictions)
• Standardize analytics and reporting so insights are reusable, discoverable, and self-serviceable
• Drive AI and automation strategy for CSP authorization analytics and reporting; identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data quality and identify business/program risks
• Collaborate across teams to promote quality data, methodologies, and analytical tools; share analysis and reporting resources
• Develop and guide presentations (dashboards, reports, visualizations, slides, talking points) that synthesize insights for senior stakeholder decisions
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into technical requirements with engineering/AI teams; proactively identify business concerns from internal/external trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement (or equivalent)
• Preferred: degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field plus 6+ years in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business/financial analysis (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystem, preferably Cloud Solutions Providers
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML/advanced analytics/intelligent automation to solve business problems and transform operational processes
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical experience analyzing and interpreting business performance measures
• Strong cross-group coordination; ability to work independently and provide structure in ambiguous situations
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight timelines
• Executive relations: confident interaction with senior leaders to present/defend/clarify concerns and handle pushback while maintaining executive demeanor
• Ensure organizational readiness for business demands and meet challenging timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Typical U.S. base pay range: USD $116,900–$203,600/year; Bay Area and NYC metro range: USD $148,400–$222,600/year
