Description

You will manage and configure key applications to ensure stable, always-available operations. You will deploy new versions and hotfixes, perform regular middleware patching for security, and provide L2 technical support for incidents and user requests via ITIL processes. You will work closely with infrastructure, internal development, help desk, analysis, and testing, and act as a key link between customers and vendors/L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure critical applications

• Ensure stability and availability (no downtime)

• Deploy new application versions and hotfixes

• Perform regular middleware patching to address security threats

• Handle incidents and user requests according to ITIL processes (L2 support)

• Coordinate with infrastructure, internal development, help desk, analysis, and testing teams

• Communicate with customers and vendors supporting development and L3 support

• Propose improvements to optimize application operations and reduce incidents

• Participate in projects where you can influence application support from the start

Requirements

• Communicative, responsible, reliable, and accountable mindset

• Ability to work both in a team and independently

• Experience with Windows server administration (preferred)

• Ability to write SQL syntax

• Ability to write scripts in PowerShell and understand command line commands

• Motivation to further develop professional knowledge

• Communicative knowledge of English
