Description

You will administer and operate IT systems, including cloud applications and their interfaces. The role includes installing, configuring, and updating client and server systems, providing first-level support and later second-level support, and continuously optimizing operations via monitoring and reporting. You will also support IT leadership with concepts, technical specifications/analysis, and operating documentation, and coordinate with business departments.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or training in a business-technical field
• At least 3 years of system administration experience
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge and initial database experience
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
• German required (spoken and written); English skills are a plus
• Team-oriented with interest in business processes
