Description

You will operate, monitor, and continuously improve the local IT infrastructure and standard services. You will administer servers, clients, base services, and user accounts/permissions, and implement changes, installations, lifecycle and patch measures. You will plan and document hardening, patch, backup, logging, and recovery concepts while supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and further develop the local IT infrastructure and standard services

• Administer servers, clients, base services, and user accounts/permissions

• Implement changes, installations, and lifecycle and patch measures

• Plan, implement, and document hardening, patch, backup, logging, and recovery concepts

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Support day-to-day business and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed training or higher education in IT/system engineering or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure operations

• Solid knowledge in operating clients and servers, user environments, and core services, including backup and support processes

• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style

• Very good German and English

• Teamwork, reliability, and high responsibility
